first off, it’s hold not whole. Second, the question is extremely speculative. I don’t understand why congress has these problems with people with different colored skin, and why that would all of a sudden lead to changing the constitution. The question may have some validity, but I don’t see where or how. I haven’t seen the massive racism you’re talking about in congress, though it’s apparent enough in the American population at large.
While you personally might feel Obama might not make a good President, there are other people who are equally disenchanted with Governor Terminator.
If there were only one candidate for President, the 3rd parties would have a field day, but in all probability the one candidate would get elected, and Congress would respect whoever that candidate is.
You need to study the US constitution and amendments to the laws for Presidential Succession.
For example … let’s suppose the President is addressing joint session of Congress … Senate, House of Reps … the Supreme Court Judges also there … and a terrorist hijacked plane crashes into the building & kills them all … who is now in charge?
